In the event you wish to cancel an order, you are required to email us at sales@charlesmorganguitars.com within 48 hours of placing the order. If you contact us after 48 hours have passed, we can give you a store credit refund only.

Though we try our very best to process cancellations before they ship, we can't guarantee we will get to your request in time. If we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you must submit an RMA request and return the item for a refund minus our initial shipping cost. With that being said, we urge you to be certain of your product choice when placing an order online with us.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your cancellation to be processed and be aware that depending on your bank/credit card company, it could take even longer for you to receive your refund from them once the money has left our account.
